FalconEye is a faceoff intelligence platform built for lacrosse coaches. It tracks player-vs-player faceoff performance, generates scouting reports on upcoming opponents, builds practice drills, and produces community rankings — all in one place.

We recommend this order:

Pricing is available on our Plans page. We offer monthly and season-long plans for individual coaches, with team and league bundles available. Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address.

Yes. You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refund requests within 14 days of a new purchase are handled case-by-case — reach out via the contact form below.

Go to Account → Billing → Payment Method and click "Update Card." If a payment fails, we'll email you and retry automatically for 3 days before pausing your account access.

Yes — programs with 3+ coaches or entire leagues can qualify for bundle pricing. Contact our sales team using the form below and mention your program size.

Win % is calculated from logged faceoffs (clean wins, violations, and possession battles are weighted separately). You can view the breakdown by opponent, technique, and referee under a player's detailed stats page.

Yes. Paste a Hudl link into the film section of a player or matchup, then add timestamped notes and tags. These link directly to faceoff data for quick review.

Rankings aggregate performance data submitted across the FalconEye community and update automatically. You can view them anytime from the Rankings tab — no login required to view, but adding your own data requires an account.

Yes, most tables and reports include an export option (CSV or PDF). Look for the export icon in the top-right corner of any stats table or scouting report.

Player data you enter is private to your team by default. Only aggregated, anonymized performance metrics contribute to public community rankings — never names or personal details, unless you explicitly opt in.

Go to Account → Privacy → Delete Account. This permanently removes your teams, player data, and film notes within 30 days. This action cannot be undone, so we recommend exporting your data first.

Yes — invite assistant coaches from Account → Team Members. You can set permission levels (view-only or full edit access) for each person you invite.

FalconEye is a responsive web app that works on phones and tablets through your browser. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap — no release date yet.
