Live Tracker Guide

New to the Live Tracker? Flip through the eight-slide quick start. Use the arrows or swipe.

Open full screen
From the main dashboard, click + Add Team in the sidebar. Enter your team name, upload a logo (optional), then add players one at a time or import a roster CSV. Each player profile stores faceoff stats (draw stats for women's programs), film clips, and drill history.
We recommend this order:
  • Create your team and add your roster
  • Log a few recent faceoffs (or draws) to see the stats engine in action
  • Check out the Training tab for ready-made drills
  • Use Compare to scout your next opponent
Open a scheduled game and select Live Tracker (Live Draw Tracker for women's programs). Log each faceoff or draw in real time (clean win, violation, or possession battle; violations are labeled Illegal Draws on the draw side). Stats, true win totals (True Faceoff Win % / True Draw Win %), and the match log update immediately so you can make in-game adjustments.
The Training tab holds drills, trainer assignments, and player uploads. Assign a drill or plan to a player or the whole team, and trainers can upload clips directly against a player's profile so progress tracks alongside their faceoff or draw stats.
FalconEye is priced per program and billed annually, on two ladders: College and Team (high school, youth club, and college club). Each ladder has three tiers: Scout, Contender, and Champion. Professional teams (PLL, NLL, WLL) are set up at the Pro level, configured and quoted per organization. See what each tier includes on our pricing page, or book a demo there for a quote for your program.

Trainer plans are priced separately and can be paid monthly or annually up front; see the trainer page.

Win % is calculated from logged faceoffs or draws (clean wins, violations, and possession battles are weighted separately). You can view the breakdown by opponent, technique, and referee under a player's detailed stats page.

True Win % (True Faceoff Win % / True Draw Win %) counts the reps where the player’s team ends up with the settled possession once the scramble is over, however many turnovers it takes. The faceoff win is who secures the ball first; the true win is who has it at the end, so a lost faceoff can still be a true win. The same stats are labeled for each sport: First Move / Draw Style, Wing Play / Circle Play, Violations / Illegal Draws, and FOGO / Draw Specialist.
Yes. Paste a Hudl link into the film section of a player or matchup, then add timestamped notes and tags. These link directly to faceoff or draw data for quick review.
Player data you enter is private to your team by default. Only aggregated, anonymized performance metrics contribute to public community rankings, never names or personal details, unless you explicitly opt in.
Player Data- All data can be edited/deleted through the edit Edit ProfileButton
Opponent- An entire team or player can be deleted by the delete Remove Player / Team button underneath all teams
Account- Contact us chris@falconeyefaceoff.com. Request that you would like your account deleted and support will answer this request. This action cannot be undone, so we recommend exporting your data first.
When your program adds you, FalconEye emails you a welcome with your login. Step 1: choose "Choose my password" and pick the password you will sign in with. Step 2: go to app.falconeyefaceoff.com and sign in with your email address and that password (worth bookmarking, or adding to your phone’s home screen). The email also has a one-time link that signs you in right away. Coaches also get a link to the interactive Coach’s Manual, which opens on the Support page after you sign in: choose Open Interactive Manual. Never got the email? Check spam, then ask your program’s admin to send it again.
Your program’s Team Admin adds people on the Team Admin page: under Add a coach or player, enter the email, choose Coach or Player, then Add and email a sign-in link. Each person gets the welcome email with a link to choose their password, and lands in your program when they sign in. Use Resend link for someone who lost theirs, and Give access on a roster player’s row to invite that player. FalconEye support can also send the welcome email for you.
First, try a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R). FalconEye works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, or Edge. If the problem continues, check our status banner above or contact support with details on your browser and device.
You sign in at app.falconeyefaceoff.com with your email address and your password. Forgot it? Choose "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and FalconEye emails you a link to choose a new one. Links in FalconEye emails work once and expire after a short while: if one has expired, choose "Forgot password?" for a fresh one, or ask your program’s admin to send your welcome email again. Nothing arriving? Check spam, and make sure you are using the address you were invited with. Still stuck? Reply to any FalconEye email or write to chris@falconeyefaceoff.com.

Troubleshooting Decision Trees
  1. Does the selected file appear in the upload field? No: re-select the file and check your browser has permission to access it.
  2. Yes: does processing begin? No: check your file format and internet connection, then try again.
  3. Yes: still processing after an unusually long wait? Contact support with the file name and approximate upload time so we can look it up.
  1. FalconEye shows a warning if another signed-in coach is currently editing the same live game.
  2. Wait for their save to confirm, then refresh to pull the latest match log before entering your own data.
  3. If your entry still shows as unsaved after refreshing, re-enter it; nothing is recorded until a save is confirmed.
